Blood specimen collection
Non-blood specimen collection
Collection using provider-ordered or client-supplied kits
Secure handling and delivery of specimens to the client-designated CLIA-certified laboratories

Vein & Anchor LLC does not perform laboratory testing, diagnostic interpretation, or test selection. All laboratory analysis is performed by independent laboratories not owned or operated by Vein & Anchor LLC.

Clients are responsible for reviewing any laboratory results with their licensed healthcare provider.

No Laboratory Affiliation
Vein & Anchor LLC operates as an independent specimen collection service and is not owned, operated, affiliated with, or employed by any laboratory. The client and/or ordering provider is solely responsible for selecting the laboratory. Vein & Anchor LLC does not receive compensation, incentives, or referral fees from any laboratory.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate, complete, and current information at the time of booking and service
Supplying valid test orders, requisitions, and/or properly prepared specimen collection kits when applicable
Ensuring all required documentation and instructions from the ordering provider or laboratory are correct and complete
Confirming the selected laboratory and test requirements prior to the appointment
Following any pre-test instructions (e.g., fasting, timing, hydration) as directed by their healthcare provider or laboratory

Vein & Anchor LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, or rejected specimens resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect information or materials provided by the client or ordering provider.

4. Payments

Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards and approved digital payment platforms (e.g., Square, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay).

We do not carry or accept physical cash under any circumstances.

Payment is required at the time of booking or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Changes to Services

Vein & Anchor LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or portion of the website at any time without prior notice.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

Vein & Anchor LLC strives to provide professional, accurate, and reliable specimen collection services.

However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

Laboratory test results
The accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of third-party laboratory testing
Specimen rejection by the laboratory
Delays in testing, processing, or reporting of results
Compromised specimens due to factors outside our control after collection
Errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect test orders, requisitions, or labeling provided by the client or ordering provider
The uninterrupted or error-free availability of this website

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Vein & Anchor LLC does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Clients are responsible for consulting with a licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns, test selection, preparation requirements, and interpretation of laboratory results.

Use of our services does not establish a provider-patient relationship.
