1️⃣ What does Vein & Anchor do?

Answer:
We provide professional mobile specimen collection services. This means we come to your home, office, or other approved location to collect blood or other specimens. We do not perform laboratory testing, select tests, or interpret results.

 

2️⃣ Who performs my tests?

Answer:
All testing is performed by a CLIA-certified laboratory designated by your provider or testing platform. Vein & Anchor only collects and transports the specimens — we do not perform testing ourselves.

 

3️⃣ Can I choose which lab my tests go to?

Answer:
If your provider or testing platform allows you to choose, your specimens will go to the lab you select. Vein & Anchor does not choose, recommend, or represent any laboratory.

 

4️⃣ Do you offer test results or interpretation?

Answer:
No. Results are provided only by the ordering provider or testing platform. Vein & Anchor is responsible for collection and proper delivery of your specimens.

 

5️⃣ Can Vein & Anchor order tests for me?

Answer:
No. All tests must be ordered by a licensed healthcare provider or authorized testing platform. We collect the specimen once the order is in place.

 

6️⃣ Are you affiliated with any lab?

Answer:
No. Vein & Anchor is an independent mobile specimen collection service. We do not represent, advertise, or partner with any laboratory.

 

7️⃣ What should I do if I have questions about my results?

Answer:
Please contact your ordering provider or testing platform. Vein & Anchor does not generate or interpret test results.
