At Vein & Anchor LLC, we are committed to providing professional, respectful, and reliable mobile specimen collection services. As a cash-only service, we maintain the following Refund Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

All appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit to reserve your scheduled time.

This deposit:

  • Secures appointment availability

  • Covers scheduling, preparation, and administrative costs

  • Is not refundable under any circumstances

The deposit will be applied toward the total service cost at the time of the appointment.

2. Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled 24 hours in advance.

  • Reschedule requests made 24 hours in advance:

    • Will allow the $25 deposit to be applied to a future appointment â€‹

  • Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours in advance:

    • ​ Will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment â€‹

3. Cancellations 

Appointments may be cancelled 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours in advance:

    • The deposit is not refunded, but

    • Any remaining prepaid service fees (excluding the deposit) may be refunded or applied to a future appointment

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance:

    • The deposit is forfeited

    • Any additional prepaid fees may also be forfeited due to time, travel, and preparation already completed​

4. Services Not Performed

Refunds may be considered (excluding the non-refundable deposit) if:

  • The scheduled service was not performed, or

  • A duplicate payment was made in error

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled appointment.

5. Services Rendered (No Refunds)

Once a blood draw or other specimen collection has been completed, the service is considered fully rendered and is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with laboratory results

  • Delays, errors, or outcomes caused by third-party laboratories

Vein & Anchor LLC provides specimen collection services only and does not perform laboratory testing, diagnostic interpretation, or test selection.

6. Difficult Draws & Repeat Visits

Some clients may have anatomical or physiological factors that make specimen collection more challenging.

If a repeat visit is requested or required due to a difficult draw:

  • An additional fee may apply to cover time, supplies, and travel

  • Refunds are not issued for the original appointment, as professional services and resources were provided

7. Travel & Administrative Fees

  • Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has been initiated

  • Any administrative or processing fees disclosed at the time of booking are non-refundable

 

8. Method of Refund

Approved refunds (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be issued using the original form of payment

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider

9. Policy Updates

Vein & Anchor LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
